Welcome to Andys LeJog Pages

This took place between the 23rd and 18th July 2006 in aid of Children’s Hospice South West Babe’s Big Appeal.

The idea was to drive from Lands End to John o'Groats and then join up with the IMP06 which was in Stirling.

The idea was put in the IMP club magazine and 6 Hillman Imps took up the challenge meet these intrepid drivers and their cars CLICK HERE

We did a lot of fund raising and the picture on the left appeared in the Stroud News and Journal after a day fund raising at the Stonehouse family fun day.

Children’s Hospice South West has launched Babe’s Big Appeal to restore and convert Charlton Farm, near Bristol. The farm and its unique buildings will create a tranquil haven for families amidst the beautiful surrounding countryside. The Hospice will have eight child-friendly bedrooms, with sixteen bedrooms for parents and siblings, four spacious sitting rooms, a multi sensory room, a Jacuzzi, large gardens, ample provision for play activities, teenage facilities, a meditation chapel, an indoor winter garden and a special room where a child may lie when their life has ended. For more details on the Hospice follow this link.

Sorry about the photographs despite driving though some of the most fantastic scenery in the country I only seem to have pictures of IMPS in car parks.

The plan was to keep off Motorways and also major roads where possible an outline map is shown below
